Work with me · for your team

YOUR PEOPLE ARE BACK IN THE BUILDING. NOBODY PLANNED WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

I spend time on-site coaching your managers — real sessions, on the calendar, in your conference room, plus a working session with the team. Development that doesn't require anyone to sit through another video call.

Command the Room — Team Day

easiest yes
$5,000 half-day · $8,500 full day

An executive-presence working session built on twelve years of stage craft — how to hold a room, read it, and not disappear inside it. This is the most common way people start working with me.

Includes prep, the session itself, and a written readout.

Want a taste first? Being confident is a lie (and you can get good at it)

One full day on-site, every month. Six 45-minute coaching sessions — one per participant, your coordinator owns the calendar — plus one 90-minute team working session. A written readout at 30/60/90: themes and patterns, never anything said in confidence.

Between visits, participants can reach me by email. $3,250 per person for the engagement.
(after day one, if it's not for you, tell me and I'll refund the remaining months — no conversation required)

How we'd start

Four steps, no deck required.

1

Thirty-minute call. Is this a fit, and who's actually in it.

2

Scope call, 30 minutes, with you. We name three outcomes you want to see by day 90 — in writing. That's what we measure against.

3

Signature and first month. Then we schedule.

4

Day one on-site, within two weeks of signing.

Who you're hiring

I've run balanced teams for Ford, Allstate, Discover, HCSC and both state and federal government agencies, then spent six years consulting for agencies, corporations and large non-profits. Now I coach individuals and teams, and I'm completing my ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation.

What you're probably thinking

Questions, answered straight.

"We already have BetterUp / Torch / an LMS."

Fantastic! I also work with some of those companies. However, they are great at reaching a lot of people and not so much at understanding EXACTLY where you are and want to be. Virtual, self-serve coaching gets booked in January and abandoned by March. I'm in the building, on their calendar, and the session happens because I'm standing there.

"That's expensive."

It's $3,250 a person. Chicago executive coaching averages $5,000 to $25,000 per leader, and most of that is delivered over Zoom. Here, we both put in the work live and in person.

What's the difference between Command the Room, The Reset and Coach in Residence?

Command the Room is a team working session on how to hold a room, $5,000 for a half day or $8,500 for a full day, and it's where most people start. The Reset is individual coaching for one person: six 60-minute sessions over 12 weeks for $1,500 (or 3 × $500), which usually fits inside a professional-development stipend. Coach in Residence is the flagship: one full day on-site every month, three months minimum, $6,500 a month.

What does Coach in Residence include?

One full day on-site each month. Six 45-minute coaching sessions, one per participant, plus one 90-minute team working session. You get a written readout at 30, 60 and 90 days covering themes and patterns, never anything said in confidence. Participants can email me between visits. It's $19,500 for the three months, or $3,250 per person.

How do we get started?

A 30-minute call to see whether it's a fit and who's in it. Then a 30-minute scope call with you, where we name three outcomes you want to see by day 90, in writing. After that you sign, we schedule the first month, and day one happens on-site within two weeks of signing.

What if it's not working?

After day one, if it's not for you, tell me and I'll refund the remaining months. No conversation required.
